If you use the Find Narcan feature on our website or in our Find Narcan app, we may request access to your device's location. This is used solely to help you find naloxone locations near you, by passing your approximate location to the third-party locator tool we link to (ODRescue's "Locate Naloxone Now" service). We do not store, log, sell, or otherwise retain your location data ourselves. Location access is always optional — you can decline it and still search manually by ZIP code or city.

Order & Account Information

When you make a purchase, we collect information necessary to process your order: name, shipping address, email address, and payment information. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor and is not stored on our own servers.

Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, typically through cookies or similar technologies, to help our site function properly and to understand how it's used.

We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Location data used by the Find Narcan feature is not retained by us at all.
